There is a fee for the initial consultation session, but it has no obligations as we need to mutually decide if we can work together.  It is a good opportunity to think about what you want from therapy and to raise any questions or concerns you have about the process.

I also offer brief focused therapy which range between 6-12 sessions depending on the type of issue.  Many people have found it to be a simple and effective way to overcome problems, work related or more personal, in order to get through that block within their lives.

I practice from Therapy and Counselling in Teeside (TACT), 294 Norton Road, Stockton-on-Tees.  Teesside.  TS20 2BX; practice rooms may also become available in Redcar, Teesside in early 2008.  With effect from October 2007 I will also be in a position to take private clients in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.
